The Ridge House is the best hands down, loving counselors and a 5Star Workforce Department! They helped me get my own Apartment and because of their help I can proudly say that I am 11Months Sober. Best Program in Reno!😇

They have an entire team to meet your needs. I was able to see a counselor for substance abuse and another one for mental health. I would recommend that they get a staff psychiatrist, the only thing missing really was being able to get my meds there, which would have been great since my therapist was really knowledgeable about meds. The women's group was a great, safe place to meet other women struggling and I like that they offered it since I don't do well in groups with men. Everyone was really supportive.

The Ridge House helped form me into the woman I am today. Today I have 11 and a half years clean. Ridge house gave me a home and a family atmosphere where I felt safe and free to express my feelings, hopes, and fears. Without the Ridge House I don't know where I would be. Through the many years I have been involved and now employed with Ridge House there have been many changes. The one thing that hasn't changed is our desire to help recovering addicts move forward in their lives and become productive members of society. There are always going to be naysayers but usually those are people who couldn't or wouldn't follow simple instructions and rules. Will everyone make it? No. Will the ones who truly want to change their lives, grasp on to recovery and run with it be productive members of society? Yes. I have seen numerous people do the later. Is the program perfect? No. Are we willing to listen and take advice? Yes. If you are, or you know someone who struggles with addiction this would be the place I would recommend.

Ridge House has been instrumental in allowing me to become a human being. With their support I've been able to gain a new life. They've helped me to change my life completely around with the use of tools and skills that are new to me. Today I have a new perception of life!

First program I feel like I can stick with. Some things can use a bit of work but all programs have issues. I am just glad I found something where people who were here really seem to care and know what they are talking about.

I had a great experience at the Ridge House. I have tried a lot of programs and I feel like this one was a good fit for me. They got me hooked up with a lot of services, including finding a job, finding housing once I finished residential, substance abuse counseling, and mental health counseling, and they helped me get in to find meds in about a week when the wait was always 6 months everywhere else. I also really enjoyed the women's group. I learned a lot and met some great friends who support each other through recovery. Not every program is for everyone, but I feel like I got my needs met here and I really feel like the staff cared and listened to me. I would recommend it.
